FAQ
Straight answers, no runaround.
What EverThrive does, what it costs, whether it's a fit, and what happens after — answered plainly. Still have a question? Start the 30-second fit check.
What does EverThrive AI actually do?+
EverThrive AI is a founder-led AI consultancy that makes your business AI-native: we audit where AI moves the needle, architect your "Business Brain" (an AI operating system), automate the busywork with agents, and make your business readable and payable by AI agents. We don't just advise — we deploy, building custom software and AI agents into production on your own data. Every engagement is run start to finish by Terrence Hinds: no agencies, no account managers, no junior handoffs.
What does "AI-native" mean?+
AI-native means your business is rebuilt around AI, not decorated with it — your systems remember everything, agents handle the repetitive work end to end, and the whole operation gets sharper every week. It's the opposite of bolting on a chatbot or keeping a ChatGPT tab open, which leaves the actual machine untouched. The tell: if you turned the AI off tomorrow and nothing broke, you bolted it on; if half your operation would stop, you're AI-native.
What is agent-readiness / getting "found by AI"?+
Agent-readiness means your business is legible and transactable to AI agents — the systems that are starting to research, shortlist, and buy on behalf of people. If an agent can't read your offers or can't pay you, you're invisible at the exact moment the buying decision gets made. We make you the business that gets picked through three moves: SCAN (score how agents see you), SHIP (deploy machine-readable files), and SETTLE (make you agent-payable).
What proof do you have?+
Two live builds you can see, not slideware. CockpitDpOS is a real-time operating system for car dealerships that scores five departments into one number — the "Dealership Heartbeat" — so the principal reads the whole business at a glance. TMA is a behavioral operating system for financial agents. Both are real, in-production builds — we deploy, we don't just advise.
Who is this for / is it a fit for me?+
This is for operators running a real business that's losing real time to repetitive work and who want a system that ships, not another tool to babysit. If you've got volume, process, and a team, going AI-native compounds hard. It's probably not for you yet if you just want the cheapest chatbot to answer a few FAQs — that's a bolt-on, which is fine, just don't expect it to change your numbers.
How does it work?+
We run every AI-native build as four moves: Audit (find where AI actually moves the needle for your business) → Architect (build your Business Brain, the memory and structure agents run on) → Automate (deploy agents against real work, tested on your data) → Advance (maintain and compound so it gets more capable every week). For agent-readiness specifically, the module is SCAN (score how agents see you) → SHIP (deploy your llms.txt and Schema so agents read your offers without guessing) → SETTLE (an agent-native checkout so agents can transact inside limits you set). It's founder-led start to finish: Discovery → Blueprint → Build → Handoff.
How much does it cost?+
It depends on scope — there's no one-size number for custom builds, and the honest way to get a real figure is the free 30-second fit check followed by a call. If you want to start smaller: self-serve digital products run from $37, and the Agent-Readiness Audit is $497 (self-serve, no call required — we hand-scan your site and send back your score out of 100, a ranked gap list, and a plain-English roadmap). Custom AIOS builds and SaaS are scoped to your business, not sold as a fixed package.
What's the difference between the products and the consulting?+
The products are self-serve digital downloads ($37–$297) for operators who want to become AI-native without a full engagement — playbooks, prompt vaults, an llms.txt + Schema kit, SOPs, and blueprints you action yourself. The consulting is done-for-you: we architect your Business Brain, build custom SaaS and AI agents against your real data, and hand it off with training and credentials. Products teach you the moves; consulting is us making the moves for you, in production.
Do I own what you build?+
Yes — you own the result outright, with no lock-in, no per-seat fees, and no dependency on us to keep it running. It's self-hosted on your own infrastructure, private by default, and handed off with full training and credentials. We build it to be yours, not rented back to you.
How long does it take?+
Most engagements move in weeks, not quarters — because we're founder-led and skip the agency overhead, junior handoffs, and endless discovery cycles. The exact timeline depends on scope, and we'll be honest about it rather than overpromise. An AI-native system also isn't a one-time launch: the Advance phase keeps it compounding after handoff.
What about data and privacy? Which AI models do you use?+
We build on frontier models — Anthropic and OpenAI — and your data lives in your own private vault, so the system answers from your business, not the open internet. Anything irreversible runs behind approval gates, with spending limits and a full audit trail on agent actions. It's private by default, self-hosted on your infrastructure, and built to be reliable, accurate, and predictable.
Do I need to be technical?+
No — you don't need to be technical, and you don't need an in-house dev team. We run the build start to finish and hand it off with full training and credentials, so your team can operate it without writing code. Your job is to run your business; ours is to make it AI-native and make sure you can drive it once it's yours.
What's the free scan and how do I start?+
The fastest start is the free agent-readiness scan at everthriveai.com/tools — it shows you, in seconds, how ready your business actually is for AI, with no cost and no call. From there, run the 30-second fit check to see if a build makes sense, or grab the $497 Agent-Readiness Audit if you want the full hand-run scan, ranked gaps, and roadmap. The operators who move first don't win because they used AI — they win because they rebuilt around it before everyone else got around to it.
