Client: Harbor Studio

Priority: Improve project kickoff consistency.

Commitment: Test the checklist on the next two projects.

Owner: Delivery lead.

Open decision: Who approves a scope change?

BEFORE YOU START

A clear fit.
A useful first move.

Do I need to replace my existing tools?

Start with editable Markdown files and the included setup guide; Obsidian is optional. AIOS adds a local browser command center for tasks, notes, handoff packets and review. Run agent work separately in your own compatible AI tool; model access and integrations are not included.

What if I already have useful notes?

Keep the source material. Begin with one approved client or project record, then add the missing decisions, task instructions, and review criteria. The goal is useful context you can maintain.

Does this send work to my clients automatically?

No. The products organize context and prepare work orders. You take the packet to your own AI tool, bring back the result, and review it. The included system does not send messages, publish work or run agents automatically.

Can I get a hosted agent instead?

Managed packages are not yet available to purchase. Planned pricing is C$2,000 setup + C$800/month for Managed Assistant, and C$4,000 setup + C$1,500/month for Business Operator. CAD, before tax. You can explore the planned capabilities.
