Purchase terms

These terms describe the digital products sold by EverThrive AI. Review the product contents, requirements and final total before paying. Managed services are not yet available to purchase.

What your purchase delivers

• Business Second Brain — C$197: a ZIP of editable Markdown templates, business context structures, worked examples and written setup instructions.
• Agent-Ready Launch Kit — C$147: a ZIP of offer worksheets, structured information examples and buying-path checklists for a do-it-yourself website review.
• EverThriveAIOS — C$497: a ZIP with a local browser command center, editable knowledge and workflow instructions, task preparation and review tools, export/restore guidance, and both digital kits above.

Prices are one-time in Canadian dollars, before any applicable taxes shown at checkout. The checkout total is the amount you authorize. These digital products do not create a recurring subscription.

After successful payment, access your download through the protected buyer library. The checkout return confirms payment with the server. You can request a fresh access link using the email supplied at checkout. Keep a backup of your downloaded files and local workspace exports.

Requirements and boundaries

The kits use editable files that you can open with a text editor or Markdown application. AIOS requires a Mac, Python 3.10 or newer, a modern browser and local disk space. Its included Python server runs on your computer and needs no pip or npm packages. Your own file-capable AI tool, such as Claude Code or Codex, or a manual copy-and-paste workflow is needed to execute AI task packets. AI accounts, model usage, hosted computers, app subscriptions, external integrations, voice and calendar synchronization are not included.

AIOS prepares the task packet and organizes the result you bring back. It does not automatically execute external agents, send client messages, publish work or authorize spending. Review AI output before using it. A template or page checklist cannot guarantee business results, search placement, agent compatibility or time savings.

Your license and your information

You may edit and use the delivered templates and system in your own business and client work. You retain ownership of your own business information and content. You may not resell or relicense the raw product files as a competing product. Third-party services and any separately identified third-party components remain subject to their own terms.

Purchase concerns and help

Use the buyer library and order-linked help for missing access, product questions or a purchase concern, including a refund request. Requests are assessed using the actual order details and applicable consumer rights. These terms do not exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. No specific refund outcome or support response time is promised here.

Managed packages

Managed Assistant (planned C$2,000 setup + C$800/month) and Business Operator (planned C$4,000 setup + C$1,500/month) are not yet available. Their pages explain intended capabilities. No payment, reservation, onboarding or service activation is offered through those pages.
