Privacy

Use our public learning pages, examples, calculator and readiness check without providing an email address. We do not use these tools to enroll you in a mailing list.

Public tools

The readiness check and calculator process your answers in the current browser page. They do not submit those answers to EverThrive. Downloaded action plans are saved on your device. The optional website scan submits the public URL you enter to our server, which requests the page to check its public foundations. Do not enter a private, token-bearing or confidential URL.

Purchases and buyer access

Stripe processes payments. Payment information is entered on Stripe’s checkout; we do not receive your full payment-card details. We retain the order reference, purchased product, payment status and buyer email needed to confirm and deliver your order. Stripe processes checkout data under its own privacy policy.

Your buyer email is used for purchase delivery and requested access recovery, not marketing enrollment. Access links and an essential session cookie allow you to reach protected downloads and order-linked help. Keep access links private.

Purchase help

Help requests submitted from the buyer library are linked to your order. We store the request and the details needed to investigate access, product or purchase concerns. Only include information relevant to your request; never include passwords or full payment-card details.

Service operation

Our hosting and payment providers process the technical data required to deliver and protect the service, such as request information and payment events. We use order and support records to fulfill purchases, address problems and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We do not sell buyer information or collect public leads through a contact form, calendar or email signup.

Your product files and AI tools

Downloaded templates and the local AIOS workspace are used on your device. The local workspace saves Markdown and JSON files on your disk and supports export and restore. Its browser interface connects to a local server protected by a per-launch access token. It does not send your notes or tasks to EverThrive. If you copy a task packet into an AI service or connect your own tools, that provider’s terms and data practices apply.

Questions about an order or its data

Open your buyer library to recover access or submit an order-linked help request, including a request about buyer information. Records that must be kept for legal or transaction purposes may need to be retained.
