THE EVERTHRIVE FIELD GUIDE

Learn the shift.
Make your first useful move.

Discover what an agent can do for your business, how the tools fit together, and what it means to keep control of your knowledge and data.

01 / THE ECONOMY

Why the buying journey is changing.

Agents are beginning to help with research, choices, and approved purchases. Start by making your offer and next step clear.

Understand the shift ↗
02 / THE WORKER

What makes an agent useful.

A goal, relevant context, tools, permission, and a way to check the result. Start with a bounded job.

03 / THE FOUNDATION

What a second brain actually holds.

The facts, standards, decisions, and source material your next task needs. Keep it current and organized.

THE AGENT LANDSCAPE / MADE USEFUL

A world of tools.
A clear job for each.

Explore the building blocks of an agent that can do useful work. Choose a block to see the outcome, an example and the control that matters.

Provider capabilities reviewed October 13, 2026. Product availability and permissions vary. Explore each provider’s documentation; these examples are not a list of integrations included with every EverThrive product.

FOLLOW THE INFORMATION

Your agent. Your data.
Know the difference.

Owning the computer does not tell you where the information is processed. Choose a setup and follow the path.

“Sovereign” should mean specific control: where your data lives, where models process it, who has access, what can leave and how you can move the system. “Not used for training” is different from “never sent to a provider.” A managed service can use cloud or local models; management is a responsibility, not a privacy guarantee.

THE BUSINESS ASSET YOU KEEP

Keep the knowledge.
Choose who runs it.

Your customer knowledge, standards and proven workflows become more valuable as you improve them. A customer-controlled agent can keep that work usable when you change a model, provider or operator.

Platform agents may already be the right fit. Choose ownership when you need a specific data boundary, deeper workflow control or a tested way to move the system.

  1. 01
    Business knowledge you can inspect.

Readable files, source records, decisions and instructions. Know what the agent is working from.

  2. 02
Access you can limit and revoke.

Choose the accounts, actions and information each workflow needs. Make operator access explicit.

  3. 03
A system you can take with you.

Look for usable exports, configuration records and a restore test on a replacement environment.

  4. 04
Evidence that the work is improving.

Track time saved after review, corrections, completed work and total operating cost.

PROVIDER CASE STUDIES

Real businesses.
Specific work.

GRANT RESEARCH / HERMES

THE TOOLS BEHIND THE WORK

Give your agent access.
Keep control of its authority.

Choose connections for a specific job. These are available provider capabilities to evaluate, not integrations already included with every EverThrive product.

YOUR EXISTING APPS

Connect the work you already have.

Composio and Zapier can expose approved app actions to agents. Confirm the exact account, action and permissions. Start with one connection layer and add only what the job needs.

A DEDICATED INBOX

Give requests somewhere to arrive.

AgentMail supplies inboxes and email tools. An agent can organize incoming requests and prepare replies. Sending uses a separate approval policy and your business identity.

PHONE & VOICE

Add a conversation when the job needs one.

AgentPhone offers numbers, voice and messaging interfaces. A useful deployment still needs approved call handling, destinations and usage limits. Voice is an optional workflow with separate costs.

CONTROLLED PURCHASES

Keep spending tied to your permission.

Agentcard offers payment products for agent purchases. Confirm the specific product, eligibility and limits. Preparing a cart and authorizing payment are separate steps.

Access should match the job. Read only the sources the workflow needs. Keep each customer’s accounts separate. Check the result, keep a record, and make it easy to pause. A cloud model or connector may process the information it receives.
