What happens after the free scan?
You get public-page findings without giving us an email. If your next priority is a clearer website, explore the Agent-Ready Launch Kit. If you want help with recurring internal work, choose that work and compare the managed packages. The scan does not test your internal processes or certify agent compatibility.
What does setup include?
Your business context, the agreed workflow configuration, supported connections, permission boundaries, first-result testing, a walkthrough and export/recovery demonstration. Managed Assistant covers one recurring workflow; Business Operator covers up to three connected workflows for one business. We confirm the exact scope and milestones before a real order.
Are hosting, AI usage and support included?
The planned packages include a customer computing environment and ongoing care. Managed Assistant includes C$50/month in model usage; Business Operator includes C$150. We warn before the allowance is used and seek approval for more. Your existing app subscriptions, phone/SMS, media production and custom integrations are separate.
Can I ask the agent to do other things?
Yes, within the tools, knowledge and permissions we’ve agreed. Research, document preparation and comparable tasks share the available capacity and usage allowance. The workflow count describes what we set up and maintain; new implementation or different access requirements are agreed separately.
What if I need something changed?
Monthly care includes maintaining the agreed service and helping with problems. Small customer-requested workflow improvements include 30 minutes with Managed Assistant or 90 minutes with Business Operator. Larger new workflows, migrations or integrations get a clear scope and price first.
Do I keep control of my information?
Your knowledge is editable and exportable. We agree the sources, provider data paths and access permissions before connecting them. A separate cloud computer does not mean data never reaches cloud models. Sensitive local-only requirements need a separate assessment. You approve external messages, publishing, commitments and spending in the initial setup.
Is this the same as buying EverThriveAIOS?
The managed packages include configuration and ongoing operation of your agreed workflows. The Second Brain and AIOS are separate self-guided product paths. The self-guided local AIOS interface is separate from the planned hosted package.
Can I cancel monthly care?
Managed packages are not yet available, and no monthly subscription is created here. Purchase, renewal, cancellation and data-export terms will be provided before the service can be ordered.
